Damage Waiver Fee – In lieu of a security deposit, we offer a damage waiver fee of $50 per month. Otherwise, a refundable security deposit of one time the monthly rent is required.
Rental tax applies.
Utilities are covered in the monthly rent, and include high speed internet, expanded basic cable (premium channels available for additional fee), electricity & gas (cap applies), water, and sewer.
Full, nonrefundable 30 day monthly rent payable in advance of move in. Nonrefundable if tenant does not move in, although we will refund if we are able to re-rent unit.
