House Rules
• No smoking inside the unit
• Exterior security cameras are installed on the property.
• Landscaping, AC, and appliance maintenance may occur during your stay.
• No parties or group events are allowed on-site. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Pets allowed only with prior approval.

Fully equipped kitchen. Coffee machine, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, teapot, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, microwave, stove, and oven.

-There is an outside deck and patio that are fully furnished so you can lounge or enjoy your meal relaxing and appreciating the beautiful South Florida weather.
-Onsite parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
-40 ft dock that you can utilize, it can be used for relaxing, or to bring a boat (only insured watercraft are allowed to dock).
-Access to canal with canoe, kayak, and water bikes provided for exploring the multiple channels surrounding the property.
-Outdoor Gas Grill BBQ with comfortable seating overlooking the deck.
