Rental is $2500 per month including utilities. Any rental of longer than one month will be deemed a long term rental and a monthly mandatory cleaning fee of $150 will be levied.

The delightful patio outside the front door above the sound of the creek offers a wonderful place to relax or to work. The sun streams in the windows in the winter (Black out curtains in the bedroom) and it is a quiet, ideal place to work or rest. It is walking distance to SCAD, the Belt Line, shops, bars, the High museum and much more and has plenty of street parking. This apartment is completely separate from the rest of the house which is a duplex --the River Rooms are the bottom floor with own entrance and own private patio. Colony Square is a 10 minute walk away as well as diverse entertainment, restaurants, shopping and nightlife venues. Walking distance to MARTA and 20 minutes by car to the airport.
The space
I designed this space with YOU in mind. I know that discerning people like their luxury and want to be near where the action is. But they also want a good nights sleep and a retreat away from the noise. I decided to keep the granite walls visible and use Scandinavian cabinets for their clean modern design and functionality. Knowing that some of my guests may be here for a year or more, I've made sure there is LOADs of cabinet and closet space.
The garden is a certified Audubon Backyard Preserve, a National Wildlife Preserve and a Monarch Way Station. We have abundant bird life and you will hear the Barred Owls calling at night.
