Rent includes all furnishings, appliances, household items and utilities. Electricity is capped at $375 per month. Smoking/Vaping not allowed inside premises. Additional cleaning fees will be assessed if smoking/vaping requires above and beyond wear and tear deep cleaning. Pets are not allowed to urinated/defecate on premises with proper clean up by the owners. Pet's urine and feces are detrimental to the landscaping which was done with great care. Please place all rubbish the bins provided and not hang anything over the lanai railing.

On the 3rd floor - a large 300 sq. ft. master bedroom with 2 queen Stern & Foster beds, a 50" smart TV, a private bathroom, free wi-fi, and a beautiful lanai on the upper level of a 3-story townhouse. The kitchenette (coffee bar, microwave, and freezer/refrigerator) with dishes and flatware service for 4. The lanai is for exclusive access and use of the guests of this room.

Also, on the 3rd floor a single bedroom with a private kitchenette and bathroom.
