A quick 20 minute drive takes you to Downtown Nashville, where you can explore the rich culture, dine at delicious restaurants, and enjoy the robust nightlife! Check out the heart of the music industry at Music Row or seek out local street art around Nashville.

The living room is stylishly decorated with guitars on the walls, Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.), and a sofa sleeper. The kitchen is steps away and is equipped with a standard coffee maker, French press, toaster, blender, and more to make you feel right at home. Cook up homemade meals or if you don't feel like cooking, check out one of Nashville's famous restaurants!

The backyard is perfect for your pup to run around in - this home is pet friendly

When it's time to call it a night, chose from the 3 bedrooms, each with it's own Queen bed. there is a full shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Parking is available for 4 cars on the circular driveway in front of the home.

This is not a permanent residence, but it is available for 30+ nights only.

Please note: If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional $35 per night pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.

There are tenants in the basement but there are no common spaces or entrances shared. There is no interaction with the downstairs tenants.
