Rental Rate Options (USD)

Monthly rent is $2400 which includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, Tv, water and garbage. First and last month rent is required unless agreed upon per contract.
Damage deposit of $1000 and a $200 non refundable cleaning fee is due on move in date with signed contract.
If you would like to reserve this property, you will need to fill out a application and put down a $1000 deposit. The cancellation policy would be 30 days before move in date and the deposit would be refunded.
