Next is a sofa, ottoman and TV with Roku streaming stick (no live TV). The sofa faces a 6 ft wide window with top-down/bottom-up shade. The new queen bed sits behind the sofa. The new bathroom has a 42" neo-angle shower and excellent ventilation. In the utility room is a private washer/dryer and utility sink. The 60" wide kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven. (No dishwasher, range or full size oven.) The studio includes driveway parking for one car.
